It is unfortunate that you feel this way. Most of your information regarding the policies is factually incorrect though - maybe hearsay or just uninformed to a large extent. Assuming you are working here for a while, you must be aware of our SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliances which place a huge emphasis on information security. Ensuring everyone diligently swipes in and swipes out on access card machine without fail is a basic requirement for our audits. Regarding break times - unfortunately, majority always suffer due to a few individuals who misuse the liberty. And also, there are certain commitments from professionals towards productivity and output. Only a few employees would be micromanaged for work - those who have not yet demonstrated that they are able to work responsibly without supervision. Pls share a concrete evidence/email/ where your or anyone's washroom trips are timed. And half day or more leaves are deducted only in extreme cases where the individual, despite warnings, fail to comply with the basic professional demeanor at work. Like other parts of your message, requiring half day application for even a small margin - that's simply untrue.
