Worst company ever worked upon . Founders had no idea about business till time they had money in pocket , paid huge amounts to leadership , who was useless and just came for time pass and play politics in office. Even HR has no work , find ways to harass employees . Pathetic company . Only faviourism works in this company.

Pathetic policy 3. senior management are clueless and try to save the sinking ship but undoubtedly failing in it. 4. Basic Hygiene failed - ONE Washroom being used by everyone. 5. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
