Work life balance is good, if you are focused at your work you get what you deserve the best. Company culture is outstanding. No one will ever call you outside your working hours.

Dislikes

Cabs are available in 20km radius....you need to relocate for few km

Work Details

Its great to work for ups if you are looking for work life balance

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
