There is nothing over here to like about. Full on partiality and favouritism by Management. HR is the most useless person over here. No job security due to recent layoffs my friend a good performer lost his job. Collection Manager is busy to build his own empire by promoting useless people around him

Working since 2.5 years and what has been seen is terrible, no one is interested in helping others grow but think about themselves. Our collection Manager promoted his Girlfriend when other suitable candidate were there. Promotion is a myth in UPS pune. Only setting and setting. AM's are useless and TL's are helpless and everyone are looking for job change. I will not recommend anyone to join UPS if you are looking for growth.
