I don’t like anything company

1) there is no job security (if you need job security you need to beg to department head/head ) 2) there is so politicises in job There is one one head for production and quality department (if quality person hold the casting that head release the casting with out checking parameter if any problems occurs blaming to quality team) 3)department seniors are iti and diploma is the highest grade and for recutting juniors b.tech and m.tech is minimum qualification 4) in this company. Limited people for more work also in this company limited people spreading rumours or back bitting is more if you are talent you can’t stay more then 1 year.
