Teammates, managers are great and supportive. Work environment is quite light so, you don't get stressed in general.

Dislikes

Maybe you don't get a chance to work on different verticals. So, you become a master of one particular vertical (e.g. BFSI or IT or Healthcare) you are working in but you can't be the expert recruiter of all the sectors.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
