Likes

The best thing is its product. They are so good to work on. It feels great to provide product which can actually aid farmer's crop problems. Positive response from farmers. Truly sustainable way of agriculture.

Dislikes

Disliking factor is its employee remuneration. You can get better salary with same experience. Even the claims are unsure & not timely.

Work Details

Work life is great. I have learnt many things technically and strategically during my past 1 year with UPL. Lots of struggle, hard work, achievements and self development.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
