The organisation has terrible policies, and employee wellness is of zero concern to the management. I say this for Noida office. Employees are being forced to come to office amid the third wave. One would feel absolutely helpless here. As far as learning and growth opportunities are concerned, they can be decent in other teams. However, it has been a complete let down for me.
