MIDPL ADANI KATTUPALLI PORT, Manager Mr.Parthiban and Deputy manager Mr.Mukesh both of them unfit for work. Specifically Manager Mr.Parthiban is not fit for Manager position. Tamil quotes is fit for Manager Parthiban FLOWER GARLAND in MONKEY HAND (Manager position). They are focusing only Housekeeping work not technical job. Both ofthem ruled the company they're ruler, law and judges everything. They are working unsafely Compliance of PPE's. They are corruption also here no housekeeping separate persons all work doing Operators only. Where is the housekeeping contract and persons. And also Tank clean job done by Operator only (No proper training and gas test and purging PPE's). Shift Pattern also worst. C,B,A continuosly working like this even manpower available. Very bad culture. Always gives pressure to junior employees. Many old people are working in very comfortable zone .and because of them very difficult to survive in gurgaon branch. Such a bad culture and people. Think before once before joining UDS.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
