As a fresher the amount of training required is not provided and the management treats you as you should know everything, mistakes and delays are not entertained at all. There’s a lack of cooperation between the BD team and operations to very extent that’s harmful for the company.

I joined as a H/K supervisor and i work for some 7 yrs may be( + or - ) after that i'h resigned, And i joined directly to cloud nine hospital worked out of 9 days, The 10th day i'h joined to tata motors as Admin Assistant, I mean to only the work experience is most important brave enough to work, Now I'm working as a BDM And MM.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
