My experience at UDS was extremely disappointing. The company lacks a positive work culture, fostering an environment of uncertainty and dissatisfaction among employees. *Key Concerns:* - *Low Salaries and Benefits*: Packages are below industry standards, with no additional benefits for employees. - *No HR Support*: Absence of a dedicated HR team leaves employees without a voice or support. - *No Job Security*: Termination and transfers occur without notice or fair procedure. - *Irresponsible Management*: Unprofessional and unresponsive leadership. - *Lack of Safety Culture*: Safety protocols are neglected, except for photo shoots, where safety measures are temporarily implemented. Very bad culture. Always gives pressure to junior employees. Many old people are working in very comfortable zone .and because of them very difficult to survive in gurgaon branch. Such a bad culture and people. Think before once before joining UDS.

There is nothing to like the working with Updater Services limited.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
