A professional attitude in field is difficult to render from freshers joining from college unaware of the level of commitment required by firms towards projects and clients. Its important to thoroughly go through company policies and notice period to avoid any mutual inconvenience.

Our commitment towards our project is very high. Yet we are trying to give work-life balance by ensuring not to work post office hours. It needs maturity and dedication to value the same and stay committed and focused during working hours and take charge of own share of responsibility. Individuals failing in commitment often tag discipline as toxic.
