Worst HR Team, Managers are worst always looking for favorisim. No Growth, Manual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

Uncleaned washrooms and no tissue Paper, water problem, no hand wash, etc. 5. No entertainment and hindu festivals culture within the company 6. Low level communication skill of management 7. Zero motivation to the employee 8. High Political approach 9. No skill development courses , no training to new employees, 10. No work life balance, week off and holidays are undecided, noticing before 1 day therefore no pre-planned leave are applicable. 11. Office time also un decided, Fixed time pick and drop are applicable for all employee 12. 0 in work life balance., They forced to do a OT for everyone. It is one of the worst environment to work. If you are fresher don't start your career in minda. I don't have any idea about other plants but I worked in hosur. I can assure u it will not the good company for career. If you are experienced person and already working in a good company,minda will be like hell.
