Work environment is just acceptable as professionalism needs lot of improvement. Career growth is poor as it is in a way un-organised as compared to Manufacturing or IT sectors. Innovations are minimal with regard to sectoral improvement & otherwise too!

I will not say so. Any Employment will offer different benefits. Some may give salary & benefit satisfaction, some work experience, some learning potential, some good culture and respect for an employee so and so forth

Work perse is generally acceptable and there has been no such pressure, as need to put in extra efforts or time happens occasionally. in Other words work pressure is generally at acceptable level

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
