It’s another copy of BYJUS now. They can fire people anythime. HR Ritika Sachdeva and Shashank chaturvedi are the most heartless people in this organisation. They both know how to fire people and when we tell them about our problems they does event gives a shit. Every month their aim is to fire employees.both are getting paid for doing this shit. If you want to get bullied by AVP , manager and your TL #everyday# while you are leaving for home , kindly join this organisation But trust me if you leave for home without achieving your sales target ( if you have leads or not , even if the products are pathetic amd expensive and the leads are from tier 3 cities who can’t afford them )

It has been almost a year for me here at UNIVO and this year has truly helped me grow 10x individually. There’s so much learning here at UNIVO, the best part is you get to work cross-functionally at all the levels especially if you’re working here for Marketing. Working on tools, events both virtual offline events for our anchor partner Amity Online has been great. Initially you might feel like people working here and the environment to be intimidating but it’s nothing like that, people and culture is all chill just that you’ll have to start interacting and talking to let things sink in. Inside sales department culture is pathetic. Every other person is providing negetive feedback to senior managers in order to save their own jobs. Leads are pathetic and targets are unachievable with that quality leads. I have worked in the company for more than a year and recently resigned from the organization, one thing I like about the organization is zeal and enthusiasm of GM Abdus Salam ,He is the King of Univo Edtech in whole inside sales ,He Knows people management, more centric towards employee's and know how to Drive the Inside Sales Team, Abdus Salam is Godfather of whole organization

Even after working hard day and night and as per their business requirements, UNIVO education has no sympathy for you. They are just becoming another byjus who will hire you, make your life difficult and then fire you. They have normalized the culture of working 9 to 7 now which was 9 to 6 earlier. They want you to report sharp at 9AM in the office but there is no time to leave. You cannot leave the office without the permission of your TL and Cluster Manager. You data can be pulled out anytime and given to AGM's favorite TL and counsellors. You do hard work on your data but if you are on leave on any day, the TL, AGM and cluster manager will pull your data to assign to their favorite people on floor and then they will blame you for not getting sales. Their work policy can change anytime and they will bluntly say on your face to resign if you are not aligned. Now they are hiring TL's only from Byjus so that they can insult their counselors on the name of work. Incentives are not upto the mark. It's quite of a mental trauma, everyday you need to report to office to get salary of that day, if you are not working on your fresh leads after your shift ends, your leads can be pulled out. Many people have left due to biasedness showed by higher management. Who is near and dear to the AGM, TL or Cluster Manager only those teams will get good leads.
