Only if I am allowed to take up the job I was offered, I can talk about the pros.

I was selected at this university 3 months back through a rigorous interview process. They sent me the offer of emplyment with the lucrative package too. However, after 3 months they denied my job saying that my WES validation is not over. All the money I invested for getting my transcripts had gone waste. Better don't try for this university job. Its clearly a scam.
