Academically sound environment and all the faculty members are such a cooperative feel so great to be a part of the University of Hyderabad.

Dislikes

I like all the things such as the computer facility and Library University provided during my research tenure. I don't have such dislike about my University moreover I would like to mention about the one dislike is hostel food not up to the mark.

It has been a long journey in my research is covering almost 5 years 3 month due to the covid pandemic. I love my research areas focus on the economic history of pre-modern Manipur moreover my supervisor gives such motivation all credit goes to my Guruji

Good security at university of hyderabad and who are coming from outside, definitely they have to come with negative COVID19 certificate and the have to spend in quarantine at least for seven days.

the bad thing is food quality is not good, they have to improve food quality.

Working in University has been a great experience, I got a good lab condition. University has been supporting me by financially since the lock down, though I could not deposit documents regarding my fellowship, but still administrative has been considerate about it and taken step on students behalf. Work environment is competitive and growing. University has taken initiative in development of student facilities. Hostels are quite good, University has rovide every student health centers, insurances, variety of personality development programmes....Read More

Dislikes

Though University has provided various facilities, but as a life science student, i have few complaints. University has reached excellence level but still we have to pay money for necessary and basic requirements like milli q water, liquid nitrogen. Compulsory arrengment of students to attend abroad conferences will give more exposure to outside science community.

I am a PhD scholar in life sciences. I work on chronobiology in insect model organism. With the award of Nobel prize in chronobiology in 2017, this field has been explored wildly. So its quite exciting to work on this field
