Teaching opportunities should be given to the each post doctoral fellow in the dept . They can more efficiently teach besides carrying out their research work. Post doctoral fellow should be given priority for faculty position .

Dislikes

There is not much encouragement for teaching opportunities for post doctoral fellow despite of several teaching position lying vacant.

It's not very encouraging however I love to continue my teaching n research if given a suitable opportunity
