This college is established for the development of backward region known as Puyaad region . After the opening of the institute , this region saw the upliftment in various aspects. It is continuousy achieving success in diverse fields like education, sports , cultural events , various form of arts etc. It is also performing well in youth fests and other such festivals. My overall experience was good exept salary. It helped in my personal and pfofessional growth.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
