First experience and very bad experience, for the first time I faced such a bad experience in my life.The people who work there are very cheap thinking and illiterate they don't even know how to live and work in an organisation no work culture, no job security, no growth. Mostly they hire undergrads so that they can make them work like labour in less money. They will not provide you any offer letter or experience letter . I didn't find the work environment there suitable. In normal work life where the working time lies between 6-8 hours, here we were bound to work for 10 hours. It was mandatory to sit in the office for 10 hours despite having completed our work. Also there is no job security. The owner can fire anyone without giving any prior notice or warning. I worked there for 4 months but it was a miserable experience. Also the system of getting incentives is not good....Read More
