Likes

I did acquire a vast experience in Engineering spares being the largest Biscuit and Confectionery company the whole Malawi.I enjoyed better Communication,Interpersonal,Supervisory and buying skills both local and international.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Poor working conditions such as no pension scheme or no gratuity.The company disliked Workers union committee.No proper code of ethics in Procurement as it was a family company managed by three directors

Work Details

It was exciting sometimes boring when i thought of the poor working conditions above.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
