Nothing is good except they serve international market.

Increment cycle is of June to June so if you join in July any date you have to wait for 2 years i.e. Next june only for your standard increment. No incentives, no matter how much revenue you give to company. Per day wages policy for salary payment like labours i.e. You are being paid by number of working days in a month and not by Total days in a month. Shifts work location whenever they wish to change. Office shifts in every 3 months. Only 30mins lunch time in a day. No holiday even on Gandhi jayanti. Too much pressure for per day targets for counts. Extreme political work environment and management of the consultancy. Don't even think of joining this consultancy ever....Read More
