The review is based on UEI Bangalore office.The company asks the employees to come to office every week once , the issue of "presenteeism" is forced upon the employees.

Dislikes

Favoritism of MD and HR Manager is worth noting. Some rules are bent always based on favoritism. There are employees who seem to be missing for many hours during office hours are not confronted. Quarterly lunch offered to only some employees (not all). Very judgemental HR Manager and the whole HR team. Gossips and inclusion are someof the matters that should be dealt with high time.
