It is good if you want to learn to work, it is also good if you want to learn system processes.

Dislikes

Forced pressure it's good but there is no time limit for calls, you can call it at 6:00 in the morning also you can call at 12:00 in the night, so this is the thing I did not like at all

Worst experience in this company in my 8 years of work experience. I'll suggest not to join this company manager is creating too much work pressure on there team. No moral support from old employees all are chatugiri. Office is located in Vashi and main office is in Kolkata

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
