Absolutely Pathetic, No work ethic and not a safe mental space. Pointers to know about how the company will treat you: 1. Will onboard you, promising a salary on the Offer letter which we will get post 2-3 months of probation period. After the probation period ends, they only increase 1-2000 Rs from what they were paying as a stipend in probation. Lies about increasing it 2 months later, Will kick you off the company till then. 2. No policies for employees, Will scare everyone that they will kick the employees out of the company. It is mentioned by them that employees will have 2 days paid leave and cuts salary for even 1 day sick leave. 3. Managers are very unprofessional, they talk to the employees using cuss words. They are also super uncooperative towards the team. 4. HR would NEVER respond to any of the queries, They don't consider anyone important post onboarding. 5. They want people to take client calls at 4 in the morning, and 6 in the morning. If someone doesn't pick up the calls then, the managers will call you and tell you that your performance is not upto the mark, this can lead to termination. 6.
