During my 3 years of working in Unitile group it's been great experience. Good support from all the department witch keeps me to learn new advancement.

Innovative company which has good future prospects, has an open culture & a young team, management is in touch with employees regularly, all major policies are in place. Customer centric approach is great & a huge client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is below industry/market standards. Learning/skill development & job security can be improved.
