They squeeze the life out of employees. Treat you as a slave, insults employees in front of all staff, no structure wherein the HR will behave like your boss pertaining to work etc. Will talk/conduct meetings only in their regional language in front of people who don't know the lingo. Leadership/Managerial roles are given to juniorresources of overall 4-5 yrs exp. Salary credited only after 10th of every month. Sometime might get even on 15th of month.
