No job security at unitedlex.. even though if you give good performance. They will throw out whenever they want without informing.by end of the day they will say lik you have work from home indirectly.

People here are helpful. Fixed working time. Can facility available.

Dislikes

The company micro-manages employees. Heavy workload and tough targets. No job security as they hire on contractual basis. Salary is low and promotion is very difficult.
