If you have a decent manager, the organization is a great one to work at.

Dislikes

If you're joining, make sure you know who your manager is. There are two ID teams in UHG/Optum. One is great because of the management and the other is terrible because of the management. The leaders are completely dependent on management and have no mind of their own. The management takes full advantage of this and misuses this. Their favorites get promoted even if they don't even know how to communicate....Read More
