Everything is terrible here except work-life balance. You will get to work from home but that also depends on the manager. All the managers are mostly from CTS (or other service-based companies). They micromanage. You will be judged based on everything like what you wear, what you eat, do you drink etc. but your performance.

Dislikes

Incompetent teammates, bad salary/appraisal, no learning, no career growth and a lot of politics.
