Job Security there. You will get different projects as there is no bench period. The Work Culture is Good, but little politicise there if you don't have good bond with higher people. The Management is purely Indian culture and everything is negotiable and finally we will get here less satisfaction in hike or awards or compensation an d more variable pay here. That's not good all the time. There is less than chance to get full Variable Pay or more. So we can say its more Service Base Company than a Product Base Company. But Policies are very good here.
