Political culture, salary, cost cutting, No promotions and hike for hard working employees. You only promoted if you are fav employee and only favourite employees get promoted and get good salary hike.

This is only for Noida Optum, if you are working in AR process, you will be die soon, Because no fun do Friday, company have Gym but you can’t use it due work pressure, On Diwali and Holi you will get 100 Ruppess Sweet, If you are think you will get appraisal in Ar so forgot my friend you never get appraisal, Your job not secure in AR at Noida Optum
