Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

I liked nothing there.The seniors are very partial towards their permanent employee.If you are on contractual salary not on time, traveling and other allowance they pay late after a month

Hard work is never appreciated here.Contractual contract ,not included in any of the activities of the UWM.Seniors are very partial and don't appreciate the work , writing yes but when it comes to making you permanent then 0.Salary and compensation money comes late.Nothing to learn just work and take money and then go.
