The Company being MNC has really good liberal culture. The Company provides work flexibility and hybrid work mode which helps a lot in work-life balance. Diageo culture believes in self governance therefore, no one will really poke into your work timings, or micro manage as long as you r deliverables are good. Some departments have low rate of promotions however departments like Finance (especially for CAs) it gives great growth. especially, Company promotes IJPs which helps employees build there CV stronger.
