There is no promotion like facility for a staff nurse and there in no increment in salary though I work hard and sincerely.

Great place for learning with very good company policy. Teammates are supportive and we help each other to grow. Could improve cafeteria and there is no gaming arcade

Salary is decent and no on job training is given.

This job is quite interesting and I get challenges and struggle A bit as there is no training related to my job but still this unit is great place for learning.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
