It is a small company but it is the best place to work though your salary will be less. You get to know from scratch about all works. The owner of the company is so down to earth, he motivates everyone to grow, learn and achieve. He is very supportive and understanding. Also 2 bonuses per year is what they provide

Dislikes

1. Since it's a small company, salary will be less, but even then they give hikes every year.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
