Many things to say 1. NO Job Security (May Be immediate Fire with 1 minute of Notice) 2. NO consideration of suggestions given 3. NO Proper Management (Some body from BD comes and Handles team of Recruiter and HR) Years of experience doesnt mean you know every thing. Every body has ownstyle of working 4. NO Infrastructure (They Run from an apartment) 5. First have rapport on clients you work then expect results 6. Give enough tools for the resources to work. Dont always expect free available sources in google will work 7. Have enough resources to work on to get results Lots to say but I guess this above said would be enough if some body want to understand....Read More
