Doesn't feel like we are working in MNC 1. Baised performance ratings. Getting job promotion is quite difficult. 2. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown a nd wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost</mark>. Poor management and zero work life balance. No support from top management.

Company Bus Facility. Canteen is good but you have pay from your pocket. Umbrella in rainy season. Laptop for work depends on your grade. Free T shirts. Bags.

Work culture is like old factories Union and all kind of hurdles. Also no training given to you but want exceptional performance from each candidates. Harrasment over work from Management and Managers. No overtime for extra working hours. You have to work for 12 hrs if your reliever is absent or on holidays even if extra manpower available in your department specially production. Manager has no sense of talking. They will force you to increase productivity even they that's not possible....Read More
