About company, I just would like to say that I'm greatful and thankful that I worked here with great leaders and the more valuable part is friends like colleague.
Dislikes
The growth rate is very less. Sometimes new person joining will be have 30 to 40% more salary then yours. That itself is a big demotivation. It's well and good that new joinee got good package but people working for 3 to 5 years in company feel like dejected.
