I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I spent 2 years in Unison. And that is my great learning and goal achievement centre. I polished myself in this company. So many good things I can't explain in words. Yes, some issues with the targets of the CVs, this is our weakness, if we are enabled to share minimum 5 CVs with the clients, Unison will cut some dedication. This is part of our job.
