Salary never on time (they delay it as much as they can but average delay is 22 to 27 days) 2.'No growth' in spite being most efficient employee of the organization just because you can not pamper ego of boss.If dont have sycophancy skills then this organisation is not for you. 3. Very bad culture, no one chance to grow, no job safety, salary deduction every month against any reason about late mark. No Holiday and Leave policy.

Very rude boss, He dont want to like talk or listen employee. No job safety, Instant terminate any employee any time without any reason and without give any notice period. No Medical and PF, Gratuity, Bonus Policy. No one chance to grow or appraisal No appraisal policy.
