No standard culture! Pathetic working conditions Lot of interference from management into micro matters(like 2 employees can’t seat together to have tea for 5 min and then they shout at meetings for why employees don’t gel-up.. salary is never on time. Mental harassment from management.. no job security! Fraudulent

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
