Each team is assigned with a team leader and a team manager and has to achieve their operations by every day end. 5. Excellent award systems in place. Achievers and over achievers are duly appreciated and awarded.

None so far. Every organisation grows with time. "Rome was not built in a day". Transitional changes do happen and should take place time to time.
