In this school, I have increased the ability of teaching to the high school girls providing the computer (Information Technology) is good. I have increased my ability to Teaching. I am enjoying the teacher to the students. yes, politics is there but I have to ignore it. And my life and work is a balance as a school timing is an important thing for me as a mother too. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
