Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

So much to write in fact .. I will suggest to find any other good company as it has bond and they seize your original documents which is actually illegal process. Salary is the lowest considering profile also most of the colleges are from non IT background. Salary credit on 8th next month. No leaves are approved they ask to adjust the shifts. For Growth you need to wait a lot which makes it difficult in terms of money in hand. Senior people don't actually respect the work or organisation they break the rules often n that's a casual thing. I will suggest plz search any other better option....Read More
