So much to write in fact .. I will suggest to find any other good company as it has bond and they seize your original documents which is actually illegal process. Salary is the lowest considering profile also most of the colleges are from non IT background. Salary credit on 8th next month. No leaves are approved they ask to adjust the shifts. For Growth you need to wait a lot which makes it difficult in terms of money in hand. Senior people don't actually respect the work or organisation they break the rules often n that's a casual thing.
