There is no benefit to work here in adwin they don't recognize the hard work, I have appointed Amritsar distributor, developed Patiala distributor, Jalandhar hoshiarpur Jagraon distributor but they have not recognize my contribution. Their is no job security even you work hard, don't have any policy regarding employees and management is not supportable in any kind. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
