This is the most pathetic company I have seen in corporate world where there senior management doesn't want to grow .they only want to feel there pockets with companies money and doesn't have any vision that's why this companies AUM has not grown yet because in top management there is lot of seniors who are extremely lasy people with lot of bad attitude. They never give appropriate bonus or incentives to any one only put every money in there pockets. This is the company which will give you targets as per industry standards but they will not give you bonus or increament at that time they will start searching new guys to whom they can hire on cheaper cost so that they don't have to give you bonus.
