Job security is average , Work experience is good, Management of the company need to develop because of they close the loan division, if the management think twice, they dont want close the loan division, people are work for the profit to the company, but the management and the directors of the company change the MD immediately at the time, internal politics involved there in that company, because of this affected all the loan division employees, But the company gave the salary to all the employees in time that is good to survive for the employee, and i hand off to the company. Company policies is good but higher official need to think and do about the products of the company. Over all many higher official are working in this company very long period of internal polictics and also they not know to how handle the employee.
