All projects are old and need to work on bugs and enhancement so opportunity to learn from scratch. No culture, you will pressured up. Everyone will manipulate. You will not get the salary on time. There will be lot of deduction. Variable pay will not be paid to you. You will not feel that you are respected. PM will commit the deadline and estimation they don't take the actual estimation. You will feel yourself like a slave. No employee benefits ... No leaves. Saturday working . You need to support Sunday too... No hr no finance you have to beg them for your money ( variable pay). Superior will come back to you and assign extra tasks if they see you talking to someone. High politics your work will be posted in others name. If you are a person who is really passionate to learn new things, scaling up your career in a very short time, and looking for huge exposure, this is the right organization.
